walk in shower
This Park Slope brownstone bathroom was given a complete renovation. My clients have lived in their home for over forty years and have no intention of ever leaving, so aging in place was very much a consideration as we designed this master bathroom
A walk in shower with a sliding frameless glass door and plexiglass folding seat now replace the outdated bathtub. Lighting was increased and put on dimmers and flooring was designed for its non-slip quality.
The shower walls are hand glazed tile while the upper half displays an arabesque motif nodding to the pattern in the wallpaper.
The heated floor is clad in ming green herringbone marble, using a mosaic square version inside the shower itself
custom vanity
the custom vanity with its white honed marble countertop stretches the length of the room. Matte bronzed finished framed mirrors compliment the bronze tones in the wall covering.
